Meet the Team

Carolyn was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She moved to Beaumont, TX in the summer of 1975. She graduated from Forest Park High School in Beaumont in 1981 and Lamar University in 1983 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University. She remained in the Beaumont area working as a Dental Hygienist until June of 1991 when she moved to Diboll and joined Jordan Family Dentistry.

Carolyn has been married to her husband, Wayne, since 1989, and they have two adult sons: Tyler and Austin and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, snow skiing, scuba diving, traveling, volunteering, playing flute in her church orchestra and raising chickens.

Megan was born and raised in Lufkin/Hudson and then attended the Blinn College Dental Hygiene Program in Bryan, TX. She recently celebrated 2 decades as a Registered Dental Hygienist and, as of January 2027, she will also celebrate 20 years of being part of Jordan Family Dentistry! She is fortunate to love her field and the people she works with, and grateful for the relationships she has built with her patients over the years.

When not at the office, you'll likely find her out spending time with family and friends or setting off for somewhere with her suitcase in hand. But above all her adventures, her favorite place to be is home with her husband, Justin.

Megan is grateful to have spent so many years with a dental practice she loves and is happy to continue serving and connecting with patients through Jordan Family Dentistry for years to come!

Madison was born and raised in Broaddus, TX. She really enjoys working at JFD and being part of such a welcoming team. One of her favorite parts of her job is getting to meet and connect with different patients while helping them feel comfortable and cared for. She loves being able to learn something new every day, grow in her skills, and be a part of creating a positive experience for our patients.

Outside of work, she is a very family-oriented person and loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outdoors, getting out of the house, and making memories with the people she loves. Madi is someone who values kindness, hard work, and making the most out of every opportunity. She is grateful to be growing in her career at Jordan Family Dentistry, and she looks forward to continuing to learn, grow and serve our patients!

Jada was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas. She has always been driven to set goals and work hard to achieve them. She graduated high school at just 16 years old and went on to graduate from dental assisting school at 18. She is currently continuing her education and pursuing her degree in Dental Hygiene, with hopes of building a rewarding career in the dental field.

Outside of school, she loves spending time with her friends and family as well as her two dogs: Oliver and Louie, who are a huge part of her life. Jada is proud of how far she has come and is excited about everything the future holds!

Rachel was born and raised in Etoile, TX and currently resides there on Lake Sam Rayburn. She is a proud wife, mom and dental assistant who loves making people feel comfortable and cared for. She has been with her husband, Justin, for 15 years and their favorite thing to do is spend time with their son, Clyde. They love living on the lake and take advantage of every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. They also love camping, traveling, and making new memories together.

Professionally, Rachel has spent 14 years as a dental assistant with both Dr. Jordan and Dr. King, starting in 2012; as well as a short time in Hawaii working for several dentists. She recently stepped into the role of the Office Manager at Jordan Family Dentistry in April of 2026, and she is fully embracing this new chapter of growing in her career. Although management is a new chapter for her, she has embraced the challenge and is passionate about creating a positive team environment, building meaningful relationships with our patients, and helping our office provide the best care and experience possible.

At the end of the day, she is happiest when she is surrounded by the people she loves, helping her team grow in all areas, enjoying a good cup of coffee, making memories with her family, and building a life that feels both meaningful and full of fun and purpose.

Jalynn has been with Jordan Family Dentistry since 2024 and works as a dental assistant with Dr. Art. She enjoys staying task-oriented, keeping things organized, and helping make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day. She is currently working toward becoming a dental hygienist.
Outside of work, Jalynn stays busy with school, loves spending time with her family, and enjoys shopping.

Monica was born and raised in East Texas and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1994. She began her career in pediatric dentistry, where she worked for approximately five years.

In the fall of 2007, Monica jointed Jordan Family Dentistry and had the privilege of working as Dr. Jordan’s assistant until the summer of 2013. In 2026, she joyfully returned to Jordan Family Dentistry as Office Coordinator. She loves welcoming new patients and reconnecting with patients that she has known for many years. One of her favorite things about Jordan Family Dentistry is that everyone feels like family—and it’s easy to pick up right where they left off.

Monica has been married to her husband, Bob Cramer, for 36 years. Together, they have three grown children and four wonderful grandchildren who are a tremendous blessing. Outside the office, Monica loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She and Bob also love to travel and have had the opportunity to visit many places around the world.

Faith and serving others are an important part of Monica’s life. She and Bob enjoy serving at their church and going on mission trips together. Monica has even had the privilege of serving as a dental assistant along the Amazon River, providing dental care and helping people in remote villages.

Monica is grateful for the many blessings her dental career has brought to her and her family and considers it a true joy to be back at Jordan Family Dentistry.

Meet Olivia, our Registered Dental Assistant, who has over six years of dental experience and has been a valued part of our practice for five of those years. Olivia is passionate about patient advocacy and creating a calm, judgment-free environment where every patient feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their care.

Known for her gentle, reassuring presence and attention to detail, Olivia helps keep procedures running smoothly while taking the time to answer questions and ease dental anxiety. She especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry and being part of full smile transformations.

Outside the office, Olivia enjoys painting, custom embroidery, staying involved in the local community, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She looks forward to helping to make every dental visit a comfortable and positive experience.

Suzy has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2021 and has been a valued member of the Jordan Family Dentistry team since 2022. Suzy is a Lufkin High School graduate and is currently pursuing her Associate of Applied Science degree at Angelina College.

Suzy has a true passion for dentistry and especially enjoys educating patients about their oral health and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their care. As a bilingual speaker, she can connect with and provide exceptional care to a diverse range of patients.

Outside of the office, Suzy enjoys traveling, going to the gym, playing soccer, and staying active with her two beautiful daughters. She brings her positive attitude, dedication, and passion for patient care to everything she does at Jordan Family Dentistry.
